Booking Conditions
Recommend travel insurance at time of booking.
A cover letter with confirmation of payment can be available if a client needs to provide proof to an insurance company.
- A provisional booking made by phone or email can be held for 5 days, to allow for the return of the booking form and reservation deposit of £400 plus £50 returnable security deposit. If no reservation deposit has been received within 5 days, the provisional booking may be cancelled and the apartment available for re-booking. The booking form, signed by the client, is a contract between the owner of the property and the client. The contract is made when the confirmation of booking is issued.
- In the event of cancellation, for any reason, the reservation deposit and security deposit will not be refunded. In the event that the balances due are not paid by the due date then the reservation deposit will be forfeit to the owner and the property re-let. Payment in full is required no later than eight weeks before the start of the holiday. The completed payment is not refundable.*
- If, for any reason beyond the owners control, the property is not available to let on the date booked, all payments, paid in advance, will be returned to the client, who will have no further claim against the owner.
- The property will be cleaned in between lets, however clients must leave the property clean and in good order, and will be responsible for any breakages, or other damage. The owner will be entitled to deduct from the security deposit the cost of repair or replacement.
- The deposit of £50 (after any deductions, as above) will be refunded on confirmation of the return of the keys. Please e-mail to confirm.
- The number of occupants staying at the property shall not exceed the number specified on the booking form.
- Access to the property shall not be permitted before 4pm on the day of arrival, and departure must occur by 10am on the day of departure. Keys will be arranged to be collected from and returned to Piccola Perla
- The owner shall not be liable to the client, or to any member of their party for any injury or loss, howsoever occurring, arising from the use or occupation of the property.
- The property is non-smoking, please ensure that no one smokes inside the apartment.
- The client must ensure, in the event of families with children renting the property, that care is taken with the use of paints and pens.
- The client is responsible for their good behaviour and any guests, and in the event of complaints regarding the standard of behaviour, no refund of any deposit will be made.
- The owner reserves a right of entry, upon reasonable notice, to any person who may need to attend to a problem, at all times during the day, and in the case of emergency between the hours of 6 p.m. and 8 a.m.
